Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a PCB Assembly Specialist, based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work from home some of the time. The PCB Assembly Specialist will be responsible for assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs), managing soldering tasks, utilizing mechanical assembly techniques, and working with hand and power tools. The role will also involve ensuring strict adherence to quality control standards and meeting production deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Soldering and ability to perform PCB Assembly tasks
- Experience with Mechanical Assembly techniques
- Skilled in using Hand Tools and Power Tools effectively
- Understanding of Quality Control processes and standards
- Attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team or independently
- Prior experience in PCB manufacturing or electronics assembly is a strong advantage
- Technical diploma or equivalent certification in electronics or a related field is preferred
