Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts or products using hand tools, machines, or automated equipment
- Follow technical instructions, blueprints, or work orders
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Identify and report defects or issues in materials or processes
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (ITI/diploma preferred in India)
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical assembly
- Ability to read and follow instructions or diagrams
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic problem-solving skills
