Assembly Health is seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager for our SNF RCM Division with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, building the operating infrastructure required to scale, driving strong P&L performance, improving customer satisfaction and retention, and building a strong ‘results-driven’ culture. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in growth environments and knows how to translate vision into disciplined execution within a private equity-backed or growth-stage environments.
This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to our Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs.
