Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assembly Fitter based in Noida. The Assembly Fitter will be responsible for assembling and fitting components according to technical drawings and specifications, ensuring that work is performed accurately and safely. The role includes conducting quality checks, identifying and resolving mechanical issues, maintaining tools and equipment, and collaborating with the team to meet production timelines. Strict adherence to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace are essential.

Job Summary

We are looking for Assembly Fitters (ITI– Fitter) who are passionate about precision

mechanical assembly and have a strong foundation in hand fitting and scraping techniques.

Candidates with prior experience in Grinding Machine assembly or Machine Tool

Manufacturing will be given high preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly of CNC and conventional Grinding Machines as per

engineering drawings.

• Carry out scraping and fitting operations to achieve high accuracy alignment and

surface mating.

• Assemble and align mechanical sub-assemblies such as slides, spindles, housings, and

guideways.

• Assist in machine testing, levelling, and final inspection processes.

• Ensure proper handling and fitting of precision components during assembly.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assembly work area.

• Report assembly issues, inaccuracies, or deviations to the supervisor for corrective action.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI Fitter

• Sound knowledge of fitting, alignment, and scraping techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as micrometres, dial gauges, straight edges,

and spirit levels.

• Experience in Grinding Machine or Machine Tool manufacturing will be highly

preferred.

• Good attitude towards learning and teamwork.
