About the role

As a Block Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: 1. Facilitate community mobilization and formation of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) at the village level. 2. Provide handholding support to the newly formed SHGs for their smooth functioning. 3. Assist in the implementation of various livelihood interventions and income-generating activities under the Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM). 4. Coordinate with block-level line departments and other stakeholders for effective convergence of services. 5. Maintain proper documentation and reporting at the block level. 6. Undertake regular field visits and provide on-site support to the community. 7. Assist in the implementation of the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) program. 8. Participate in capacity-building programs and trainings to enhance your skills.

ASRLM is the nodal agency for implementation of the Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) and Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) in the state of Assam.
