Role Description The Ass Mgr Accounts and MIS - BCOM CA Inter role at JSW Energy Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Maharashtra The role involves managing accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, handling general ledger postings, and ensuring timely closure of books. The position includes preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance tracking. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal stakeholders for data collection, supporting audits and compliance activities, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent financial reporting and to support overall business objectives.
- Financial reporting in compliance with INDAS Sebi LODRs
- Strong account management capabilities, including experience in managing ledgers, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in business relationship management and customer satisfaction to support internal and external stakeholder needs.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data, generate MIS reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
- Educational background such as B.Com with CA Inter (or equivalent) and experience in accounting, finance, or MIS.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial analysis tools; ability to work with deadlines and maintain accuracy.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements; experience in the energy or infrastructure sector is an advantage.
