Aspricus Technologies Private Limited is an information technology software product company leading the efforts to build an AI and deep-tech driven global EdTech marketplace. Our mission is supported by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh, State Government of Punjab, IIT Kanpur (Artificial Intelligence and Innovation Driven Entrepreneurship) Center of Excellence (AIIDE - COE), and we are incubated at Software Technology Park of India (STPI - NEURON Mohali).
We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical strategy and scale our product. You will be a core member of the executive team, responsible for building the product and our engineering culture from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Build the technology strategy and align technical choices (databases, cloud environments, coding languages) with business milestones and priorities.
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML pipelines, balancing foundational LLM infrastructure with custom training, model fine-tuning, and low-latency API inference.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, interoperable protocol layers compliant with open network specifications and population-scale digital frameworks.
- Actively contribute to the codebase and architect core product features.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team.
- Establish engineering standards, testing pipelines, and CI/CD workflows.
- Manage the engineering team and cloud infrastructure budgets.
- Develop disaster recovery systems and system backup plans to ensure business continuity.
- Implement data encryption and industry-standard security protocols.
- Lead non-functional requirements, including penetration testing, data security, load testing, and system architecture balancing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience building and scaling commercial software products.
- 15+ years of experience in designing scalable system architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and database schemas.
- Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI systems (NLP, or predictive analytics).
- Strong proficiency with Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face, alongside MLOps tools for tracking and versioning models.
- Deep understanding of building trust networks, decentralized identifiers (DIDs), asymmetric cryptography, and consent-driven data-sharing architectures (like DEPA frameworks).
- Proven experience in setting up automated CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and testing workflows from scratch.
- Experience in implementing data encryption, firewalls, and preparing systems for penetration testing.
- Experience in managing technical budgets, specifically optimizing cloud infrastructure and software licensing cost.
- Ability to align a product roadmap with business milestones and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
