We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team at the beautiful Hover Senior Living Community in Longmont.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat older adults across ILF, ALF, and SNF settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans for geriatric and neurological conditions including Parkinson’s disease, fall prevention, post-surgical rehab, and functional mobility
- Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and senior living community staff
- Contribute ideas — we actively seek clinical creativity and innovation
Compensation & Benefits
- $53.04 – $73.00 per treatment hour with W-2 or 1099 Contractor positions available

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Colorado
- New graduates welcome — mentorship available from experienced clinicians
- Passion for working with older adults and making a tangible impact
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Experience in geriatrics, skilled nursing, or senior living is a plus but not required

We partner with senior living communities to provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, massage therapy, and personal training. Our outpatient clinic is located in Louisville, CO.
