Senior Product Designer (Research)

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Senior Product Designer with a strong command of design thinking tools, user research methodologies, and hands-on design execution for digital products. Translate complex, ambiguous requirements into concrete, actionable design projects and drive them independently. Collaborate with designers and product managers to identify and clarify UX research goals and milestones. Contribute to recruiting participants and conducting user interviews. Conduct user research, including competitor and data analysis, to develop market understanding and identify key user problems to solve. Conduct usability tests and validate solutions. Develop and maintain high-level wireframes, hi-fidelity prototypes, storyboards, and process flows. Work closely with developers to ensure impeccable UX is carried forward to production. Participate in synthesizing insights and aligning business goals with internal stakeholders. Be an engaging member of the design systems team that consistently delivers value. Seek out and accept feedback from peers and collaborators while providing thoughtful feedback to your team. Minimum qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in designing digital products. Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or an equivalent collaboration platform. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate ideas to different stakeholders. Creative problem-solving skills. Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a changing, fast-paced startup environment. Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with front-end web development and implementing designs. Experience of working in a start-up environment. Experience of working in the FinTech space.
