Quality Assurance Engineer (Katalon)

As a Quality Assurance Engineer you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our web, mobile, and API-based applications through both manual and automated testing. You'll work in a fast-paced Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. What You Will Do: - Execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API applications. - Review requirements, specifications, and design documents to provide meaningful feedback. - Set up test environments and develop/execute test cases to ensure products meet functional and non-functional requirements. - Identify, log, and track defects in JIRA, and verify resolutions in a timely manner. - Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA leads to ensure testability and completeness. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Katalon Studio, following established frameworks. - Perform exploratory and regression testing, contributing to test planning and documentation. - Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to validate system performance in production. - Assist with performance and security testing under senior team guidance. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and reviews. - Help define and validate acceptance criteria and test plans. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools. - Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
