We develop & design white label loyalty programs for leading brands as their marketing preposition which enables new customer acquisitions, retention and loyalty of their customers.This position is responsible for new business development (B2B) by targeting CXO's, CMO's and product managers of leading banks, Hospitality Luxury Auto & Insurance companies along with retention and growth of the current business through relationship & key account management. Aspire Lifestyles (www.aspirelifestyles.com) is part of International SOS, a leading travel, medical and security assistance company Key responsibilities A Client Servicing role involves acting as the primary liaison between a company and its clients, ensuring that client needs are met effectively and fostering strong, long-term relationships. The responsibilities and requirements can vary depending on the industry and specific company, but generally include the following: Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with the company's products or services. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues promptly. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that client requirements are understood and met. Problem-Solving: Identify and address client concerns or challenges, working towards timely and effective solutions. Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on client account status, including performance metrics and feedback. Sales Support: Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Setting up New Programs 1) Setting up new program along with Operations 2) Preparing SOPs 3) Agreeing on marketing calendars & execution plans with clients Job Requirement Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job) • 5+ years of proven Client Servicing experience in Product & Services industry handling MNC clientele. • Experience of working with matrix organization is preferable. Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job) A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred
