We all create and use data, and we are all actors on this journey. Building on previous achievements, the Chief Data Office (CDO) is stepping up to support and enable the organization to leverage the value of data, contributing to ASML's cost-efficient sustainable growth. The CDO is looking for a dynamic Lead Data Partner. You will be a key member of the CDO organization and part of the CDO MT. You will be at the center of enabling and driving ASML's organizational empowerment to leverage the value of data, building bridges cross-sector to facilitate needs and setting the stage for the art of the possible with data. As a Lead Data Partner, you will service our key stakeholder groups (x-sector programs, sectors, business lines) to enable an integrated journey around value delivery with data. This includes partnering and developing strategy, enabling value and capabilities to support stakeholders' objectives. You are at the heart of the action to drive value enablement with data. Overall, this Lead Data Domain Partner role balances business and data acumen, with a relentless drive to serve, deliver impact with data, and enable the capabilities to do so. As Lead Data Partner, you service our key stakeholders in the journey to data maturity, ensuring connection of strategy, delivery, and foundational levels: Partner in Strategy and Enabling Value at Scale Act as key CDO mobilization agent for stakeholder groups, sharing and connecting with all relevant contributing parties within CDO, IT & Data sector, and more transversally where needed. Enable a joint understanding of the "art of the possible" and how to achieve it. Motivate ownership of prioritization and support translation into data strategies and data roadmaps with stakeholders, ensuring necessary sponsorship. Balance requirements and expectations of initiatives, changes, and impact. Represent CDO in relevant Business Lines/Sectors/APIs x-sector governance structures according to priorities at hand. Partner in Facilitating Strategy Execution, Communication, and Change Facilitate connection to data strategy and value, directly supporting CDO in strategy development. Safeguard that the prioritized data roadmap is based on enabling value and data capabilities ramp-up. Troubleshoot data product programs execution, mediate when needed, and facilitate alignment within the data operating model across ASML. Connect and lead the alignment of data initiatives across sectors and BLs to facilitate a federated ASML data strategy. Develop data communication, communities, and literacy across the ecosystem. Learn to speak the language of stakeholders, know their business, their processes, and help develop that knowledge in CDO capability teams. Partner in Data Capabilities Ramp-Up Work with stakeholders in developing data competences and capabilities, bridging with poles of expertise accordingly. Secure global alignment of standards for data products together with the CDO MT. Identify capability gaps in and across stakeholders to meet objectives, working with CDO capability teams to prioritize upgrade support. Align with and communicate towards CDO delivery teams on processes, policies, and activities, supporting the deployment of the data operating model across ASML. Have a clear vision of how the field of data will develop and be an equal conversation partner with colleague MT members on transversal capability content. Strive for continuous improvement and share best practices.
