We are looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Spares Sales candidate to join our team.
Locations: West and South regions
Experience: 5-12 years in Navy Spares Sales or Industrial Spares Sales
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle – enquiry to order closure.
• Handling Spares & accessories to government bodies/ shipyards/Marine sector ( direct & through dealers)
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements:
· Qualification : BE Mechanical
· Strong technical understanding with commercial knowledge in handling Spares & accessories invoices and payment
· Should have sound knowledge in GEM portal for bidding tender activities.
· Language: English & Hindi
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Willingness to travel and meet customers regularly
· Skills: Analytical approach, Systematic working, Methodical, prompt.
· Good interpersonal skills, Team building, Decision making, strong business acumen & Forecasting.
