Job Title : Industrial Sales / Project Sales
Report to : Regional Sales Manager/ National Sales Manager
Location : Allotted area
Area Cover : Fertilizer, Steel & Chemical
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Person to promote and sell our industrial products to customers in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in industrial sales.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our industrial products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including plant managers, engineers, and procurement professionals.
Provide technical support to customers, including product demonstrations, trials, and troubleshooting.
Gather and analyse market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field or MBA (Sales / Operations)
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in industrial sales, Project Sales preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Skills : Interpersonal, approach to corporate clients and problem-solving skills
- Good communication written and verbal
- Presentable
- Travel : Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations.
- Must have two wheeler or Four wheeler
