Business Development Manager

ASL IOR is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and securing new contracts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities - Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders - Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients - Gather market intelligence and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth areas - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns - Prepare and present proposals and pitches to prospective clients - Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals Requirements: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business development or sales management role, preferably in the UAE market - Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred)
