Job Title: ASIC Verification Lead
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai.
Budget: 5X
We are looking for an experienced ASIC Verification Lead with 8+ years of experience in semiconductor verification and a proven track record of leading teams. Candidates must have at least 1 year of team lead experience and strong expertise in end-to-end verification of complex SoCs/IPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of verification engineers and drive project execution.
- Define verification strategy, test plans, and ensure coverage closure for ASIC/SoC/IP verification.
- Develop and execute verification environments using SystemVerilog/UVM.
- Work closely with design, architecture, and validation teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Debug and resolve functional issues at block/subsystem/SoC level.
- Review verification plans, test cases, and team deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
- Ensure project milestones are met with quality and timeline adherence.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ASIC/SoC Verification.
- Hands-on expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, Verilog.
- Experience with assertion-based verification (SVA).
- Strong debugging skills and understanding of protocols/interfaces such as PCIe, USB, Ethernet, AMBA (AXI/AHB/APB), DDR, etc.
- Experience in coverage-driven verification and regression management.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python/Perl/Shell/TCL.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
