LEAP A program designed to build future leaders who join us from the topmost Business schools of India and undergo a rigorous 3-month induction program. The program exposes the trainees to various businesses, unearthing inter-linkages and discovering opportunities for collaboration. There is an in-depth immersion into all facets in one own's function – be it appreciating the challenges of how a sales executive works, or night shifts at the shopfloor. Program offers learning by observation and experience, by asking questions to colleagues, curated classroom inputs and learning from leadership team. Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) GET program has been a flagship program of APL since 2015. With higher levels of automation at each manufacturing location, the GET-SET-GO program is designed to build engineering capability for the future. It is a rigorous 12-month-long induction program designed to ensure that trainees are provided with the right exposure at the beginning of their careers. Every GET undergoes multi-functional training across multiple streams of engineering, i.e., electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, industrial safety, and chemical. All this, combined with rigorous reviews, exposure through various stints across the country, interactions with a wide variety of people and lots of fun, has made this a highly sought-after opportunity. Dev Singh Being a member of the Asian Paints family has been a wonderful experience. I have been entrusted with opportunities and responsibilities early on, helping me to accelerate my learning.
