PositionWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Call Centre Executive who will be responsible for managing incoming leads, counselling prospective patients/customers, follow-ups, and driving conversions to generate revenue for the organisation.
Candidates with a background in BDS/BHMS/BAMS will be preferred due to their understanding of patient communication and treatment counselling.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Manage and nurture leads generated through digital campaigns, website enquiries, WhatsApp, and other sources.
- Counsel prospective patients/customers regarding treatments, services, procedures, and appointments.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with doctors, operations, and front desk teams for seamless appointment scheduling.
- Maintain lead data, call records, and conversion reports in CRM/software.
- Build trust and maintain excellent patient/customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling relevant treatments/services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications- 1 - 5 years experience.
- Minimum Bachelors degree. BDS / BHMS / BAMS preferred.
- Experience in call centre, patient counselling, healthcare sales, or lead conversion roles will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of CRM and lead management systems.
