About the role

Position
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Call Centre Executive who will be responsible for managing incoming leads, counselling prospective patients/customers, follow-ups, and driving conversions to generate revenue for the organisation.

Candidates with a background in BDS/BHMS/BAMS will be preferred due to their understanding of patient communication and treatment counselling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Manage and nurture leads generated through digital campaigns, website enquiries, WhatsApp, and other sources.
  • Counsel prospective patients/customers regarding treatments, services, procedures, and appointments.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong conversion ratios.
  • Coordinate with doctors, operations, and front desk teams for seamless appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain lead data, call records, and conversion reports in CRM/software.
  • Build trust and maintain excellent patient/customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling relevant treatments/services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • 1 - 5 years experience.
  • Minimum Bachelors degree. BDS / BHMS / BAMS preferred.
  • Experience in call centre, patient counselling, healthcare sales, or lead conversion roles will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic understanding of CRM and lead management systems.
