Manager – Analyzer System Integration Sales (North Region)

Job Purpose
To drive sales and business development for Analyzer System Integration (ASI) products, systems and solutions across the North region, focusing on process industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Power, and other relevant sectors. The role involves identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored technical-commercial solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Analyzer System Integration in the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across target industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and end users
- Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal engineering and proposal teams
- Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) to ensure successful project execution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Order booking and revenue generation for ASI
- Customer acquisition and retention
- Pipeline development and forecast accuracy
- Margin management and commercial negotiation
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation / Electronics / Chemical or related field)
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
- 8-15 years of experience in sales of Analyzer Systems / Process Instrumentation / System Integration
- Experience working with EPCs and end users in process industries
- Strong understanding of analyzer technologies and integration solutions
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
- Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills
- Self-driven with a results-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to GC, Shelters, CEMS, SWAS, gas analyzers, sample conditioning systems, or process analyzers
- Experience in handling large turnkey or system integration projects
