About the role
What You Will Do
Assist in serving as a point of contact between customers and developers for automation projects.
Support customers by gathering information and providing insights under guidance.
Help in creating business cases and ROI documentation for automation projects.
Work closely with developers to capture customer requirements for automation solutions.
Learn about intelligent automation tools and solutions to better understand capabilities.
Assist in tracking automation project metrics and financial projections.
Help facilitate email communications with clients.
Contribute to maintaining high client satisfaction by ensuring quality and value.
Support sales and business teams in assessing project complexity and effort estimation.
What You Will Bring
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Interest in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Quality Assurance.
Exposure to or willingness to learn RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
