AWS Cloud Engineer

A multinational business based in East London is looking for an accomplished AWS Cloud Engineer to join its sizeable IT team. Please note that the firm embraces flexible and hybrid working so you will be able to work from home 2 days per week. In order to be suitable for this role you must be an accomplished cloud engineer with AWS Certified Solutions Architect accreditation. The purpose of the role is to ensure high systems availability across a multi-cloud environment (AWS & Azure), enabling the business to meet its technology driven objectives. The role will be mostly AWS / Linux focused but an ability to understand comparative solutions in Azure would be useful You will deliver secure and robust technology solutions across on-prem and cloud platforms and will use Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure. You will participate in detailed architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment and will contribute to the continuous improvement of performance, security and cost optimisation. You will be able to design, implement and optimize AWS cloud solutions and ideally build Rad Hat Enterprise Linux servers from scratch.
