About the Role
They are growing rapidly and looking for an exceptional Founder's Office hire to work closely with the leadership team on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives. What You’ll Do

1. Act as a thought partner to the founders and leadership team.
2. Drive critical cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
3. Conduct research, build models, and generate insights to support key decisions.
4. Own strategic initiatives across product, operations, hiring, fundraising, and more.
5. Identify bottlenecks and help scale systems, processes, and teams.
6. Prepare investor and board materials, internal updates, and reports.
7. Serve as a flexible generalist ready to jump in wherever needed.

What We’re Looking For

1. 1–4 years of experience in consulting, product, operations, VC, or high-growth startups.
2. Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and execution.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
4. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity.
5. Bonus: Prior experience working directly with founders or in a startup 0→1 environment.
