<strong>Field Technician / Window Cleaner</strong><br>ASF Clean Team – Sacramento<br>Full-Time | Field Operations<br><br><strong>About the ASF Clean Team</strong><br><br>ASF Clean Team provides professional exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties across the Bay Area. We specialize in window cleaning, gutter maintenance, pressure washing, and other exterior maintenance services. We are committed to quality, safety, and compliance with California labor laws and DIR standards for applicable jobs.<br><br><strong>Job Summary</strong><br><br>ASF Clean Team is seeking reliable and safety-conscious Field Technicians / Window Cleaners to join our operations team. This position requires performing professional window cleaning and related exterior services while following all safety protocols and labor regulations.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br><br>

<li>Perform residential and commercial window cleaning (interior/exterior, screens, tracks, skylights).</li>
<li>Complete gutter cleaning, debris removal, and downspout flushing.</li>
<li>Assist with pressure washing, soft washing, and other exterior maintenance tasks.</li>
<li>Follow all company safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and DIR requirements when applicable.</li>
<li>Operate ladders, lifts, scaffolds, and other equipment safely.</li>
<li>Use company vehicles responsibly, complying with all traffic laws and licensing requirements.</li>
<li>Review job notes, complete tasks thoroughly, and document work accurately.</li>
<li>Maintain professional communication with clients, coworkers, and office staff.</li>
<li>Upload job photos and documentation using Jobber or company-approved systems.</li>

<br><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>1–3 years of professional window cleaning experience (residential or commercial).</li>
<li>Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.</li>
<li>Authorized to work in the U.S.</li>
<li>Ability to safely work at heights (rooftops, ladders, lifts, scaffolding).</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>
<li>Must follow company attendance, scheduling, and call-out procedures.<br><br>

<strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Experience with mid-rise or high-rise window cleaning.</li>
<li>Certifications in fall protection, aerial lift operation, or OSHA safety training (or willingness to obtain).</li>
<li>Experience using Jobber.</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).</li>
<li>Previous work on DIR-covered or prevailing wage jobs is a plus.</li>

<strong>Professional References</strong><br><br>Applicants must provide at least two professional references (previous supervisors, managers). References will be verified as part of the hiring process.<br><br><strong>Work Expectations</strong><br><br>

<li>Adhere to California Labor Laws, including meal/rest breaks and reporting unsafe conditions.</li>
<li>At-will employment: Employment can be terminated by the employee or ASF Clean Team at any time, with or without cause.</li>

<li>Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail are required.</li>

<strong>Schedule<br></strong><br>

<li>Monday–Friday</li>
<li>Occasional weekends based on workload</li>
<li>Full-time with opportunities for overtime</li>
<li>Schedule may be adjusted to comply with DIR or public work requirements.<br><br>

<strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong><br><br>

<li>Competitive hourly rate based on experience (prevailing wage rates applied for applicable jobs); $18-$22 per hour starting rate</li>
