AI Engineering Internship

We are looking for an AI Engineering Intern to support our core AI features and infrastructure. You'll help improve the accuracy, speed, and intelligence of our interview assessment engine and job-matching models. This internship is ideal for computer science students or recent grads who are passionate about applied machine learning, prompt engineering, and building with large language models. Responsibilities: Help develop and evaluate prompt-based systems used in candidate feedback and interview scoring Collaborate with our engineering team to fine-tune model outputs Analyze product usage data and suggest ways to improve AI interactions Explore new use cases for LLMs across interview, resume, and job search workflows Contribute to performance benchmarks and internal QA testing of AI-driven features Qualifications: Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, or LangChain Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and prompt engineering principles Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning by doing Bonus: experience with NLP, recommender systems, or building AI-powered apps
