Job Description:
We are looking for a result-driven Key Accounts Executive / ASM to manage Modern Trade accounts in Chennai. The role involves handling end-to-end account management for leading retail chains like DMart, Reliance Retail, and Heritage Foods, ensuring strong execution across listing, merchandising, and supply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage key Modern Trade accounts such as DMart, Reliance Retail, and Heritage Foods
- Drive product listing across stores and ensure SKU expansion
- Handle purchase orders (POs), order planning, and timely fulfillment
- Ensure efficient supply chain coordination and stock availability at stores
- Execute in-store merchandising, visibility, and promotional activities
- Build relationships with buyers, category managers, and store teams
- Track primary & secondary sales and ensure target achievement
- Negotiate commercials, margins, and promotional plans
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock-outs/returns
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth operations

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)

- Existing relationships with retail chains preferred
- Strong negotiation and execution skills
