Data and Analytics Intern

Ascot's Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to learn about the insurance industry within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. While the internship is primarily focused on data and analytics, interns will gain exposure to a wide range of functional areas across the company, including data and analytics, underwriting, claims, partnership engagement, reinsurance, legal and compliance, actuarial, operations, and IT. Interns will engage in hands-on learning, collaborate with experienced insurance professionals, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the insurance business.

Ascot's internship program, ascend, is designed for undergraduate students seeking exposure to specialty insurance. Built on The Ascot Way—integrity, collaboration, innovation, and excellence, ascend offers hands-on experience, mentorship, workshops, and networking to build both functional and professional skills. High-performing interns may be considered for return internships or full-time roles.
