Lead Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Web Developer to join our team in Pune. As a lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of dynamic and high-performing websites and web applications. You will guide a team of developers, set technical direction, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of web developers, ensuring best practices and high coding standards. Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Drive implementation of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize web performance. Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of web development experience, with at least 3 years in a team lead or leadership role. Deep expertise in WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Experience with web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
