Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development:

• Work directly with the management team to define the company's roadmap in high-tech agriculture.
• Provide expertise to establish modern farming methods using data-driven and IT-enabled solutions.

High-Tech Farming Implementation:

• Design and oversee hydroponic and indoor farming systems tailored for high-efficiency crop production.
• Develop optimized processes for large-scale mushroom cultivation.
• Implement organic farming techniques that align with sustainability goals and certification standards.

Research and Development:

• Conduct research on innovative agricultural technologies, including IoT, automation, and nutrient optimization.
• Analyze crop performance data to refine farming methods and maximize yields.

Team Collaboration:

• Train and mentor a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals and agronomists on farming best practices.
• Act as the key agricultural expert in cross-functional discussions with technology and product teams.

Sustainability and Compliance:

Qualifications

Educational Background:

Experience:
