Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Emarsys Consultant to drive the implementation, optimization, and integration of SAP Emarsys solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Emarsys' marketing automation capabilities, data-driven customer engagement strategies, and integration with SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. We are seeking an individual with experience in at least two end-to-end Emarsys projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP Emarsys to meet business requirements; Develop and execute omnichannel marketing automation campaigns, ensuring effective customer engagement; Work closely with business stakeholders to understand marketing goals and translate them into Emarsys solutions; Optimize customer segmentation, personalization, and analytics capabilities within Emarsys; Integrate SAP Emarsys with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud, and other third-party platforms; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Emarsys configurations and performance; Provide training and documentation to end users, ensuring adoption and best practices; Stay updated on Emarsys product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
