Job Description
We are looking for an AS400 Developer with banking domain experience to develop, support, and maintain applications on the AS400/iSeries platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AS400 applications using RPG, RPGLE, CL, and SQL.
- Support banking applications and batch processing jobs.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Work on production support, bug fixing, and enhancements.
- Handle file processing, DB2/400 database activities, and performance tuning.
- Coordinate with business users, testing teams, and support teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and follow coding standards.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in AS400/iSeries platform.
- Good knowledge of RPG, RPGLE, CLLE, SQL, and DB2/400.
- Experience in banking or financial domain projects.
- Knowledge of batch jobs, job scheduling, and production support.
- Understanding of SDLC and incident management processes.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
