Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Sr. QS)
Location: Hyderabad
Educational Qualification
BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Experience
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing.
Experience in real estate/construction industry preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity estimations for projects.
Handling project costing, budgeting, and cost control activities.
Verifying contractor bills, subcontractor bills, and measurements.
Conducting rate analysis and preparing comparative statements.
Monitoring project expenses and ensuring cost optimization.
Coordinating with project teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Reviewing construction drawings and specifications for quantity calculations.
Maintaining billing records, quantity reports, and project documentation.
Assisting in tendering, procurement, and contract management activities.
Ensuring compliance with project budgets and timelines.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, billing, and cost estimation.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/software related to billing and
estimation.
Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction materials and market rates.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with real estate project experience preferred.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
