Position: Junior Quantity Surveyor (Jr. QS)
Location: Hyderabad
Educational Qualification
BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience
0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
Experience in real estate/construction industry preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing quantity estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Assisting in cost estimation and budgeting for projects.
Verifying contractor bills and measurements.
Coordinating with site engineers, vendors, and project teams.
Monitoring material consumption and project costs.
Maintaining project documentation and quantity records.
Supporting tendering and procurement activities.
Assisting in rate analysis and cost comparison statements.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of quantity surveying and billing processes.
Understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with real estate/construction project exposure preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
Team player with good coordination skills.
