About the role
The Video Producer Intern for the WORTH Program plays an integral role in the filming process, helping to communicate concepts on screen. This role will capture additional footage behind-the-scenes to develop WORTH content and shorts for various platforms, addressing mental health and substance use issues. The position will also support logistics required for each filming session. This is a seasonal position running from late May – mid-August.
Description
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review & organize library of existing WORTH videos
- Collaborate with the WORTH team to brainstorm, research, write, & film video content
- Perform on-screen in WORTH videos
- Facilitate behind-the-scenes filming to develop supplementary WORTH content
- Support logistics & organization involved with filming sessions
Qualifications:
- Experience with video production equipment & software (desired)
- Demonstrated competence in organization & communication
- Demonstrated history of sensitivity to substance use and mental health needs of peers
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
- Paid Time Off: Accrued at 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked
- Counseling benefits
Other Requirements:
- Applicants under age 16 are required to have a valid Employment Certificate (work permit)
Schedule:
- Seasonal position – Late May – mid-August 2026
- Daytime with occasional evenings
- Monday – Friday with occasional weekends
