About the role
The Video Editor Intern for the WORTH Program focuses on providing the finishing touches to each project, aligning the final published video with the original vision. This role will collaborate with others on the team to produce both full-length WORTH videos and short-form content that communicate WORTH’s mission to a wide audience. The position will also play a key role in managing the program’s online presence across various social media platforms. This is a seasonal position running from late May – mid-August.
Description
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Edit WORTH videos to produce high-quality content that aligns with the team’s vision
- Produce short-form digital content for dissemination across various platforms
- Lead the team’s digital outreach & prevention efforts
- Manage the WORTH TikTok account & content development
Qualifications:
- Experience with video production equipment & software (desired)
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including TikTok & Instagram
- Demonstrated competence in organization & communication
- Demonstrated history of sensitivity to substance use and mental health needs of peers
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
- Paid Time Off: Accrued at 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked

Other Requirements:
- Applicants under age 16 are required to have a valid Employment Certificate (work permit)
Schedule:
- Seasonal position – Late May – mid-August 2026
- Daytime with occasional evenings
- Monday – Friday with occasional weekends
