About the role
The Curriculum Developer Intern for the WORTH Program will help to develop materials schools will use alongside WORTH video content to amplify conversations about mental health and substance use. The position will be responsible for researching topics captured in videos in order to develop discussion materials that are appropriate, evidence-based, and engaging. This Intern will also collaborate extensively with the rest of the WORTH team to ensure curriculum is aligned with both videos and the overall program mission. This is a seasonal position running from late May-mid-August.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish the teen content creation platform & help to manage social media shortform content creation & organization
- Create the introduction tutorials for WORTH program tools
- Develop a digital library to curate all WORTH materials
- Support updates to the video production process
Qualifications:
- Experience with developing video & written content
- Strong skills in organization & written communication
- Demonstrated history of sensitivity to substance use and mental health needs of peers
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
- Paid Time Off: Accrued at 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked
- Counseling benefits
Other Requirements:
- Applicants under age 16 are required to have a valid Employment Certificate (work permit)
Schedule:
- Seasonal position – Late May 2026-August 2026
- Daytime with occasional evenings
- Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
