Prose on Pixels is seeking a talented and meticulous Artworker to prepare and finalize creative assets for various marketing and advertising campaigns across print and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare final artwork files for print production (e.g., brochures, posters, packaging, OOH) ensuring correct bleed, trim, and color profiles.
- Develop and adapt creative assets for digital platforms (e.g., social media, web banners, email templates) to meet technical specifications and file size requirements.
- Ensure all artwork adheres strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color palette, imagery, and layout.
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers to understand project requirements and implement feedback efficiently.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all artwork before release, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
- Manage and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring files are correctly named, versioned, and easily accessible.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, software updates, and emerging technologies in print and digital production.
- Assist with image retouching, color correction, and other graphic manipulation tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Artworker or similar role, preferably within an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro).
- Strong understanding of print production processes, including color management (CMYK, Pantone), resolution, bleed, and pre-press requirements.
- Solid knowledge of digital asset specifications for various platforms and devices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical requirements clearly.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong artworking skills and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
