POSM, Visual Merchandising, retail branding, fabrication, and pan-India executions. We
work with leading brands across beauty, FMCG, pharma, banking, and retail.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Artwork Adaptation Artist who can efficiently
adapt master artworks into multiple retail formats while maintaining brand consistency
and print accuracy.
The role requires someone comfortable working in a high-paced, operations-driven
environment with strong ownership and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
• Adapt approved master artworks into multiple POSM formats and sizes.
• Resize and modify artworks for different retail fixtures such as shelf strips,
danglers, wobblers, CTUs, FSUs, signages, vinyls, kiosks, etc.
• Ensure artworks are print-ready with correct bleed, margins, color profiles, and
dimensions.
• Coordinate with production and design teams for technical corrections.
• Maintain artwork versioning and organized file management.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all adaptations.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines.
• Prepare final files for printing and vendor execution.
Software Skills Required
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
Skills & Competencies
• Knowledge of print production and fabrication specifications.
• Understanding of retail branding and POSM structures.
• Strong attention to detail and alignment accuracy.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Basic understanding of materials and print techniques.

• Ability to manage bulk adaptations efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized and process-driven individual.
• Experience in an advertising agency, retail branding agency, or print production
setup is preferred.
