Hiring: Talent Acquisition Manager (Artist Relations & Sales)

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Artist Relation Manager who lives at the intersection of the entertainment industry and corporate sales. This isn't just a coordination role; you will be the architect of our Artist Vertical. Your goal is to build India’s most elite database of artists and package them into high-value entertainment solutions for our premium corporate and social clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Artist Onboarding & Curation: Identify and onboard top-tier singers, DJs, anchors, and unique performers onto the LuxeVenue.ai platform.
- Package Design & Sales: Create "Signature Entertainment Packages" and sell them to corporate HRs and event planners.
- Negotiation & Exclusivity: Negotiate with celebrity managers to secure exclusive "Luxe-Only" pricing for our platform users.
- Milestone Management: Use our proprietary Luxe Escrow system to manage artist payments and technical riders efficiently.
- Client Pitching: Join the Founder in high-stakes client meetings to present the entertainment vision for mega-events.
- Data Driven Growth: Maintain and update a real-time database of talent, ensuring all profiles are "Luxe-ready" with high-quality media.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 3–5 years in Artist Management, Talent Agencies (e.g., Kwan, OML), or Premium Event Sales.
- Network: Direct access to artist managers and a deep understanding of the Indian entertainment landscape.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of selling entertainment services or "Artist Packages" to corporate clients.
- Communication: Elite English communication skills with the ability to navigate "Artist Egos" and "Corporate Procurement" with equal ease.
- Aesthetic Sense: A sharp eye for luxury; you must know what kind of performance fits a high-end corporate gala.
