ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a people-first role for someone who genuinely loves the performing arts ecosystem โ and knows how to turn conversations into partnerships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

CAMPUS & ACADEMY OUTREACH
Build ongoing relationships with performing arts colleges, dance academies, music institutes, and cultural clubs to introduce artists to the platform.

ASSOCIATION & GUILD CONNECT
Engage artists' associations, cultural bodies, and performing arts guilds to create institutional pathways for onboarding.

CORPORATE & EVENT PIPELINE
Identify and approach corporate HR teams, event management companies, and brand activation agencies as indirect channels for artist discovery and referrals.

SOCIAL & INFORMAL NETWORKING
Show up โ at lunches, coffees, industry dinners, cultural events, and social gatherings โ to build genuine relationships within the artist community.

ARTIST ONBOARDING
Guide artists through the subscription process, helping them see the tangible value of their own stage, from personalised profiles to built-in visibility tools.

PIPELINE & REPORTING
Maintain a clear view of leads, conversions, and outreach activity. Own your numbers and communicate progress honestly and regularly.
WHO YOU ARE

Genuinely interested in the performing arts world โ you understand what artists want, and you respect what they do.

Results-oriented โ you take ownership of your targets and don't wait to be chased for updates.
Patient with the process, persistent with outcomes โ you know that trust takes time, but business has to happen.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first 7 days, you'll have built active relationships across at least three campus or institutional touchpoints, mapped your city's artist ecosystem, and converted your first cohort of subscribers. Beyond that, you'll be known โ by artists, academy owners, and organizers alike โ as the face of Stars N Celebs in your territory.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Artist Relations and Artist Development to foster growth and build lasting professional relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills for identifying artistsโ needs and collaborating effectively with internal and external teams.
- Knowledge and passion for Music and the Music Industry to effectively support and engage with artists from these fields.
- Proactive attitude and ability to strategize innovative ways to support artists' careers and expand the platform's outreach.
- Prior experience or background in the arts or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Bachelorโs degree in Arts Management, Media, or a related field is preferred.
