Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and relationship-driven professional to lead artist onboarding, celebrity relations, industry networking, and public relations initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be confident interacting with artists, celebrities, influencers, managers, media professionals, and industry stakeholders while representing the platform professionally.
This role combines business development, talent relations, partnerships, networking, and PR.
Key Responsibilities
Artist & Celebrity Onboarding
- Identify and approach actors, singers, comedians, influencers, models, speakers, and creators.
- Build relationships with artists, celebrity managers, and talent agencies.
- Drive registrations and profile creation on the Stars N Celebs platform.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with onboarded artists.
Public Relations
- Develop and execute PR initiatives to increase platform visibility.
- Coordinate media coverage, interviews, articles, and industry features.
- Build relationships with entertainment journalists, digital media portals, and publications.
- Create opportunities for positive brand exposure.
Partnerships & Networking
- Establish relationships with event organizers, production houses, brands, agencies, and entertainment companies.
- Attend industry events, launches, networking sessions, and conferences.
- Represent Stars N Celebs professionally in external interactions.
- Explore collaboration opportunities that benefit platform growth.
Relationship Management
- Maintain a strong network within the entertainment and creator ecosystem.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic artist relationships.
- Ensure a positive onboarding and engagement experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable interacting with artists, celebrities, influencers, and senior professionals.
- Presentable, confident, and socially engaging personality.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of entertainment, influencer, media, or creator industries preferred.
- Experience in PR, talent management, artist relations, influencer marketing, business development, media relations, or partnerships is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- 2–8 years of relevant experience.
- Existing network within entertainment, media, influencer, events, or PR sectors will be highly advantageous.
