We're hiring an intern for our celebrity and influencer management desk. Paid internship, converts to a full time Artist Manager role based on performance, usually within 3 to 6 months. This is not an HR, recruitment, or people ops role. You'll be managing actors and digital creators, the talent, not the company's employees.
You'll work across TV, film/OTT actors and digital creators (Instagram, YouTube). One day you're coordinating a shoot schedule, the next you're negotiating a brand integration fee, the next you're on a recce for a photoshoot. It's messy, fast, and rarely predictable.
What you'll actually do
- Day to day management of talents across calendars, shoots, meetings, and travel
- Brand deal coordination: briefs, rates, contracts, deliverables, follow through
- Script and project pipeline tracking for actors, including reading briefs and coordinating auditions and meetings
- Content calendar support for creators, including posting schedules, brand deliverables, and campaign tracking
- PR and publicity coordination across interviews, events, and appearances
- Invoicing, payment follow ups, usage rights tracking
- Being present on set, at shoots, and at events as needed
Who we're looking for
- You've finished your education, graduate or postgraduate, any discipline
- You understand both traditional entertainment and the creator economy. You know who's trending, what CPM means, what a usage fee is, and why a 30 second reel can cost more than a print campaign.
- Based in Mumbai.
- Strong written English. You'll be writing briefs, contracts, and emails daily.
- You don't flinch at a 2 AM call or a Sunday shoot
- Organised to an annoying degree. If you lose track of threads, this role will break you.
What this is NOT
- An HR or recruitment role. "Artist Manager" means manager of the artist, not manager of people at the company.
- A "get close to celebs" job. You're working for them, not with them.
- A content creation role. You're not making reels, you're managing people who do.
- Remote or hybrid. its a Full time, in office, and on ground in Mumbai.
