Role Description The Artist Manager role at One Click Solution is a full-time, on-site position based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The Artist Manager will oversee the professional activities of artists, including coordinating bookings, negotiating contracts, and managing schedules. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, event organizers, and partners to secure opportunities that align with artists’ goals and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing promotional campaigns, supervising performance logistics, addressing artist requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between artists and internal teams. The Artist Manager will also track performance metrics, support long-term career strategies, and contribute to the growth of OCS’s artist management portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with artists, clients, and partners.
- Experience in event management, entertainment, or media industries, preferably in artist management or talent coordination.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple artists, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and media promotions to support artist visibility and career growth.
- Negotiation and contract management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on fair and transparent agreements.
- Proficiency with common office and communication tools; comfort working with calendars, CRM systems, and project trackers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Mass Communication, Entertainment Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jabalpur and be available for events, meetings, and travel as required.
