WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN ARTIST MANAGER
Mumbai | Full-Time | 1–3 Years Experience
We’re looking for an Artist Manager who understands the world of music, culture, live entertainment, brands, and digital media and knows how to turn relationships and opportunities into meaningful growth for artists.
THE ROLE
As an Artist Manager, you’ll work closely with artists and our team to manage their professional journey and help build their careers.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Managing artists’ day-to-day professional activities and schedules
• Building and executing long-term career strategies
• Developing opportunities across live shows, collaborations, brands, endorsements, media, and other commercial projects
• Working closely with labels, producers, promoters, venues, event companies, media, and brand partners
• Supporting music releases, content, promotions, and marketing initiatives
• Managing bookings, negotiations, fees, contracts, timelines, and deliverables
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across the entertainment ecosystem
• Keeping track of projects, commitments, budgets, and deadlines
• Representing artists professionally and helping shape their public image and career direction
• Staying ahead of music, culture, digital, and entertainment trends
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who is driven, resourceful, well-connected and genuinely passionate about artists and music.
You should have:
• 1+ years of experience in artist management, music, entertainment, talent management, or a related field
• A strong understanding of the music and entertainment landscape
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• The ability to manage multiple artists, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A commercial mindset and an eye for opportunities
• Existing relationships across the music and entertainment industry are a strong advantage
• Flexibility to travel and work beyond conventional hours when required
