Role Overview:
Own and manage a roster of digital creators end-to-end — from positioning and content strategy to brand deals and long-term growth. This is a relationship-first, strategy-driven role within the creator economy.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Management
• Manage 5–10 creators day-to-day
• Onboard and build creator positioning & personal brand
• Guide content, platform strategy, and audience growth
• Handle creator concerns with strong relationship management
Brand Campaigns
• Review briefs and match the right creators
• Manage campaigns from kickoff to final delivery
• Ensure brand alignment while maintaining creator authenticity
• Maintain 85%+ on-time delivery
Revenue & Growth
• Identify new brand opportunities and categories
• Proactively pitch creators to brands
• Drive long-term partnerships over one-off deals
• Track and grow monthly creator revenue
Deals & Execution
• Support pricing, negotiations, and contract alignment
• Ensure creators are not undervalued
• Anticipate risks, delays, and compliance issues
Process & Reporting
• Maintain CRM, campaign trackers, and pipelines
• Participate in weekly revenue and monthly strategy reviews
Performance Metrics:
• ₹20L–₹40L monthly revenue managed
• 85%+ on-time delivery
• 95% campaign completion rate
• 40–50% repeat brand engagement
• Strong creator retention
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in talent management / influencer marketing / brand role
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystem and digital platforms
• Experience with brand campaigns, deliverables, and approvals
• Ability to manage multiple creators and priorities
• High ownership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Good to Have:
• Existing network in Mumbai creator/brand ecosystem
• Exposure to content verticals (lifestyle, fashion, comedy, etc.)
• Strong cultural instinct and understanding of trends
