Job Title: Artist Sales & Marketing Executive
Company: Aouraa Production Pvt Ltd
Location: [Lado Sarai, South Delhi, Delhi, 110030].
Experience: 3–5 years (preferred in sales, entertainment, or event industry).
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our exclusive roster of artists to event organizers, brands, corporates, and venues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the entertainment and events industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Pitch artist profiles, negotiate deals, and close bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and artist requirements.
- Manage client accounts and ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends, artist demand, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in entertainment/events).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for music, entertainment, and live events.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in artist management, event companies, or talent agencies.
- Existing network in corporate events, weddings, or live entertainment industry.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
Qualifications
- Experience in Artist Management, Client Relations, and Contract Negotiation.
- Strong Marketing, Sales, and Promotional Strategy skills, with experience in artist branding.
- Excellent Communication, Networking, and Public Relations skills, with a focus on relationship building.
- Event Planning and Coordination skills, with the ability to manage schedules and logistics.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Previous experience in the entertainment, event planning, or music industries is a plus.
- Educational background in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
