**The Role**
We are looking for a skilled **Artisan Baker** who thrives in a hands-on production environment. You will be responsible for scaling, mixing, shaping, and baking our daily selection of breads, laminated pastries, and signature desserts from scratch.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Bake from Scratch:** Mix, shape, proof, and bake artisanal breads, croissants, and pastries daily.
* **Maintain Quality:** Monitor fermentation, oven temperatures, and presentation to ensure every product is perfect.
* **Kitchen Standards:** Keep a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation compliant with food safety standards.
* **Prep Work:** Prepare fresh fillings, glazes, and toppings from scratch.
**What We’re Looking For**
* Proven experience as a baker in a commercial kitchen or artisanal bakery.
* Solid understanding of dough fermentation, lamination, and commercial baking equipment.
* Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the stamina for early morning shifts.
* A genuine passion for high-quality baking and teamwork.
