Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Artificial Intelligence Trainer role based in Mumbai. The Artificial Intelligence Trainer will design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on AI tools, models, and workflows for internal teams and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating training materials, preparing datasets for training AI systems, annotating and reviewing data, evaluating model outputs, and providing clear feedback to improve AI performance and accuracy. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to refine training guidelines, documenting processes and best practices, and supporting continuous learning initiatives around AI and data ethics. The Trainer will ensure that training content is aligned with project requirements, industry standards, and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, evaluate AI outputs, and identify patterns or errors.
- Candidates should possess skills in curriculum design, instructional material development, and delivering training sessions or workshops to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, data annotation practices, and quality assurance for model training.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple training tasks and documentation simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, education, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in technical training, e-learning, or AI-related projects, along with basic proficiency in tools used for data labelling and documentation, will be beneficial.
