As a partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Anudip is dedicated to creating large-scale digital livelihoods for underprivileged youth across India. The organization delivers innovative, industry-aligned skill development programs at training centers located in urban, peri-urban, and remote rural areas. With a customized curriculum that caters to the needs of various sectors like IT, digital services, retail, and micro-finance, Anudip has successfully trained over 100,000 students across 20 Indian states and operates through 90+ centers to make a tangible difference in workforce development.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Prayagraj for an Artificial Intelligence Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive AI-related training programs to students, preparing and updating training materials, and maintaining a learner-centric approach. Other duties include evaluating students’ progress, providing feedback, mentoring learners, and collaborating with team members to continuously enhance the training curriculum. Additionally, the role requires staying updated on advancements in AI to incorporate industry trends into teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science concepts.
- Experience in designing, delivering, and customizing technical training sessions for learners with diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication, teaching, mentoring, and public speaking skills.
- Understanding of industry trends and ability to adapt curriculum as per employer demands and technology advancements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a training role, especially in education or an NGO, is a plus.
- Passion for empowering underprivileged communities through skill development and education.
