We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI QA Engineer to support AI Engineering teams in testing and validating Agentic AI and Gen AI-based QA solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM applications. The role focuses on validating AI-driven workflows, autonomous testing agents, Oracle Fusion HCM business processes, and AI-powered automation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI Engineering, product, and functional teams to test Gen AI and Agentic AI-based QA solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end test scenarios for Oracle Fusion HCM and AI-powered automation solutions.
- Test AI-generated test cases, self-healing automation flows, intelligent defect analysis, and autonomous QA capabilities.
- Perform validation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, and Compensation.
- Execute manual and automated testing using tools/frameworks such as Selenium, OATS, Opkey, or similar platforms.
- Support SIT, UAT, quarterly patch testing, regression cycles, and production validation activities.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Software Testing/QA with exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, defect management, and automation testing concepts.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts including Gen AI, RAG, prompt engineering, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems.
- Experience testing Oracle Fusion HCM modules and HR business processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL, and Oracle Fusion integrations.
- Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Tosca, OATS, Opkey, or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
