We’re Hiring: AI Lead (10+ Years Experience)
Location: Bangalore
Role Type: IC / Program / Delivery Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end AI initiatives across Service Desk, AIOps, DEX, and Infrastructure
- Build agentic AI solutions for self-healing and zero-touch operations
- Deliver measurable outcomes: MTTR reduction, productivity, cost optimization
- Own full lifecycle: use case → design → deployment → value realization
- Drive execution with milestones, governance, and outcome tracking
- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and stakeholder advisory
Requirements:
- 10+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML for IT Ops / Digital Workplace
- Strong expertise in AIOps, automation, LLMs, NLP, and agentic AI
- Experience building production-grade AI (RAG, copilots, workflows)
- Solid understanding of ITSM, Service Desk, observability, infrastructure
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Good to Have:
- Experience with Avaamo, Genesys, Nexthink, Ema
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, governance, and human-in-loop systems
- Exposure to multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows
Do Not Apply If:
- You have only academic/theoretical AI experience (no real deployments)
- You lack hands-on coding experience in Python/ML
- Your background is limited to Data/BI without AIOps/IT Ops exposure
- You have not owned end-to-end AI project delivery
- You have no experience with LLMs, RAG, or agentic AI
